In-Mould Matte

This kind of method applies the effect to the tool. Once the bottles detached from the mould, they are naturally matted. It’s like they are born with matte finish, they do not need extra painting process. So we can see this method is more cost-efficiency and more environmentally friendly. However, it’s not available to all our items, cause most of our clients still prefer the gloss finish. Than what should we do when we have a preferable item without an in-matte mould?

Spray Coating

Spray coating a matte finish can solve the problem. Though it’s a more expensive process than in-mould matte, it allows greater flexibility on the choices. As long as you want, you can do soft touch effect on any parts of your containers: bottles, jars, caps and closures in different sizes and materials. And on any kinds of containers: spray foam bottles, lotion bottles, body wash bottles, plastic pet jars, etc. Meanwhile, we should aware that more procedures, more pollution to our environment.
