Thermal-Transfer Printing on PET Bottle Surface

After years of testing, experimenting and improving, we are capable to maturely master the thermal-transfer printing technique and apply it to massive production of PET bottle printing.

Thermal-transfer printing is a digital printing method in which material is applied to other material by melting a coating ribbon so that it stays glued to the material on which the print is applied.

With thermal-transfer printing, the logo design and patterns with rich layers, fancy colors and diversity are achievable on PET bottle surface. Not only better printing quality and beautiful images, but also bulk production are available. Each printing machine has a capacity of at least 30K pieces.
